Stoicism is a philosophy of life that believes that by applying reason to living the most virtuous life you can, you also live the happiest life possible. It is a system for living that life.

Community for Stoics
Our objective is to promote personal advancement through the teachings of Stoicism. To this end, we present introductory Stoicism 101 courses, engaging online discussions, and various resources aimed at guiding individuals on their path to embracing Stoicism.
Stoic philosophy was deeply embedded in the cultures of ancient Rome and Athens, and was a way of life for many. This age-old wisdom, primarily preserved in texts, has seen its cultural and philosophical practices fade into history. Our project aims to discover and revive these lost practices, breathing new life into them, so they may enrich and guide our modern lives.
StoaLogos is a passion project created by Robert Laurent, born from a deep desire to find a philosophy of life that works in our modern, secular world. The lack of belief in a higher power shouldn't condemn us to a meaningless existence. A commitment to reason shouldn't exclude a happy life. Stoicism could be the solution to these problems.
The project is still a work in progress. The best way to think of it is as "an experiment to test the hypothesis that Stoicism can actually work as a genuine philosophy of life."
Not just to make us less anxious and more productive, but to give us the strength to stand up against nihilism, pain, and death. And to provide us with real joy and genuine peace of mind. That is the promise of Stoicism, and that is what we're aiming for.
